Dear Hunt Military Communities Partner,
In 2025, Hunt Military Communities is once again hosting an in-person Leadership Conference to continue the growth and education of our Leadership Team. After the conference, we will be hosting a Gala to recognize and honor those who performed extraordinarily in 2024. A highlight of our Gala is our annual Silent Auction, sponsored by Hunt Military Communities Foundation (HMCF) (EIN # 82-2997777), a non-profit organization committed to supporting military service members and their families throughout the United States in the areas of health, education, housing, and overall community support. Its focus is to improve the quality of life for military families who sacrifice so much for us daily.
The Hunt Military Communities Foundation is a 100% volunteer-led organization, and every donation we receive directly impacts our mission. Our major fundraiser is our annual Gala & Silent Auction. Our upcoming leadership series will be held from March 3 to March 5, 2025, at the Hotel Paso Del Norte, in El Paso, TX, with the Gala hosted on March 5, 2025. The sponsorship opportunities include videotaped commercials, attendance at the cocktail reception, Gala, and more. As a vendor who works closely with us and, in return, our military, we would greatly appreciate it if you would consider supporting the Hunt Military Communities Foundation by offering a financial donation through one of our sponsorship levels. In 2024 we raised over $260,000 through this event. We are looking to raise $300,000 in 2025 and cannot meet this goal without support from organizations like yours.
